I love it to pieces. I couldn't believe there was actually a $20 phone on the market with texting, internet, graphics, MP3 ringtones, bluetooth, a voice recorder and a camera. The service is good, though (predictably) if you try to access the internet you'd better do it fast because it's incredibly expensive to do that. I've been buying $20 cards but now that I've read this I'll definitely be getting the $80 one next time. I have the LG 420G. I love it to pieces. Expect to spend at least a half an hour on the phone talking to Customer Service. I would write down the Serial number of my phone in large enough print that I can read it. You will have to tell the serial number of both phones the the customer service agent. Yes, you will have to call Tracfone Customer service and it may take them a while but normally you will be able to transfer minutes from your old phone to your new Tracfone.
